Zander's ZVSD dryers match the energy
consumed to the actual compressed air usage.
The ZVSD precisely controls the outlet
pressure dew point by monitoring the
refrigeration suction pressure.
This single task accomplishes two critical
goals. First, by varying the speed of the
refrigeration compressor to match inlet
conditions, we lower dryer electrical
consumption at reduced loads. Second, the
pressure dew point exiting the air dryer has
virtually no change throughout the entire
range of flow.
